Results
Business results depend on multiple factors. While we provide best-practice implementations, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or ROI.
Liability and Disclaimers

TitanStack AI's liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.
Service Warranty

Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Termination does not relieve payment obligations for completed work. Confidentiality and intellectual property provisions survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA, or through the court system if arbitration is not applicable.
